International trade law textbook edited by Prof. Heng Wang was published in China.

The contributors to this textbook include professors and experts from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Wuhan University, University of International Business and Economics, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, among others.

 

     The contributors are Frank Emmert (John S. Grimes Professor of Law and Director of Center for International and Comparative Law, Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law), Zhixiong Huang (Professor, Law School, Wuhan University, Wuhan, China), Weidong Chen and Yuan Xue (Professors, Law School, University of International Business and Economics, Beijing, China), Xinhao Miao (Professor, Law School, Wenzhou University, Wenzhou, China), Yu Fu (Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Development and Investment Group), Yibin Xu and Heng Wang (Professors, School of International Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Chongqing, China).
     The authors have experience in related areas, and try to share their experience with readers. For instance, several authors have conducted research at or participated in the dispute settlement at the WTO Headquarters.
     This textbook is one of the few, if not the first, international trade law textbook(s) written by Chinese and American professors. The case study is one of the major features of the textbook published in 2014 by Law Press, Beijing, a leading law publisher in China.
     It is also produced for China (National) Model Bilingual-Teaching Course  “Case Study on International Trade Law” which is jointly approved by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance, China and which is headed by Prof. Heng Wang.
