Welcome!

My name is Mathias Delori (Lyon, 1978). I am a political scientist and historian. I am currently CNRS research fellow at the Centre Emile Durkheim, Bordeaux, France.

My main research interests straddle the fields of Policy Analysis, International Relations, History of collective memory, and Epistemology of social sciences.

My dissertation thesis (supervised by Yves Surel) analysed the genesis and the implementation (over one century) of a Franco-German reconciliation public policy based on youth meetings. I am currently revising the manuscript for publication.

I have been working since 2009 on a new research project in collaboration with Pascal Vennesson (European University Institute, Florence, Italy) on the role of memory in International Relations.

Apart from my great interest in social sciences, I also enjoy studying history of monotheist holy texts. I also play sports (soccer and tennis) at a regional level.

If you have any question or comment, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Best,

Mathias
