I like teaching because of the contact with the students and the learning process implied, also for the teacher. I believe in research-led and research-centred teaching grounded on a strong interaction between teacher and students. Within this interaction, what I want my students to achieve is critical learning and the capacity to link concepts and theories to facts and dynamics taking place in the “real world”.
At this point I am qualified to offer courses on human rights, theories of democracy, European and social policy and urban politics, at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
